A New Film Coming by Sherwood Pictures

Sherwood is a church that is seeking to impact our world through their Christ-centered and God-glorifying media production.  They are the same Sherwood that produced other movies with a very direct and clear gospel-driven message (Flywheel, Facing the Giants, and Fireproof). 

Their newest coming release Courageous seeks to uplift the role of biblical fatherhood.  If ever there was a time for this movie, it is now.  Please pray for these brothers and sisters in Christ as they purpose to do what only God can do through them--stir within the hearts of our men a passion and purpose to lead their homes and churches all for the glory of God through Jesus Christ.   

I rarely, actually this is the first-time, will uplift a film before seeing it.  However, given the track record of Sherwood I feel compelled to share this upcoming film with everyone...if for no other reason to pray.  Pray that God uses this movie to truly engage, encourage, and inspire our men to turn back to the basics of their calling in Christ Jesus to be godly husbands and fathers.  The movie is set to release next year.
